"Packaging was... just okay"
The box looked cool, but mine showed up a little dented. Nothing was actually broken, so that was fine, but... I guess I just expected it to be packed a bit better

"Shipping was slower than I hoped"
The products themselves were fine, but the shipping felt a lot slower than I expected. It took over a week before it even seemed to move, which was frustrating since I was specifically waiting on beard care stuff I’d planned to start using. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of annoying when you’re checking the tracking and nothing changes

"Finally, My Skin Can Relax"
So, apparently it *is* possible to use something that doesn’t make my skin itch nonstop. My skin feels calm now, and the itchy patches are gone, which is what I thought every product was supposed to do in the first place

"Seems like a solid beard oil"
I’ve been using this beard oil and it feels clean to me. The ingredients come across like they actually put some thought into them, and I’d guess they didn’t cheap out too much, though I can’t prove that. Overall, good stuff so far...

"Customer service was just okay, honestly"
Customer service was okay, I guess. They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the replies were slow. Like, really slow. I kept waiting and waiting, and it got annoying. Nothing terrible happened, but the slow responses made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, not bad, but definitely not great either

"Good, but why so pricey??"
It works fine and I don’t really have any complaints about how it performs, but for the price I expected a bit more?? It’s decent, just feels a little expensive for what you get.

"My beard feels a lot softer now"
I’ve been using this for a couple weeks, and my beard feels way softer than it used to. It’s not as scratchy anymore, which my girlfriend pointed out too, and from her tone, I’m assuming that’s a big improvement. The scent is nice without being overpowering. Overall, I’m happy with it

"works okay, but not amazing"
i used this beard oil for a few weeks, and it did make my beard feel a little softer and helped with the itchiness, which was nice. the scent is mild and not overpowering. i just didn’t really notice much change when it came to growth or thickness. overall, it’s decent and does a bit, but not quite as much as i was hoping.

"Feels a bit thick, maybe it's just me"
It goes on smooth, but sometimes it feels a little heavy on my skin. I keep wondering if I’m using too much or if that’s just the texture, but yeah, it’s definitely on the thicker side for me.

"I tried a couple of the..."
I tried a couple of the beard oils, and the scents were kind of hit or miss. One smelled really nice when I first put it on, but it faded faster than I expected. The other one lasted longer, but it was a little too strong for my taste. They’re not bad by any means, just not really the kind of scents I personally get excited about. Overall, I walked away feeling neutral about them.
